Owing to the resignation of a parish councillor, Clint cum Hamlets Parish Council has been given leave by
Harrogate Borough Council to co-opt a Parish Councillor.

The Parish Council is responsible for Burnt Yates, Clint, Shaw Mills to the south of Thornton Beck and Bedlam.

There are normally 6 meetings a year to attend in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
These are held in the Bay Horse Community Centre, Burnt Yates on the first Wednesday of the month.
There are currently 4 other councillors on the Parish Council, along with the Parish Clerk.
