Due to the sad news that Burnt Yates CE Primary School will be closing its doors for the final time on Friday 20th July, there will be a special Church Service being held at St Andrew’s Church, 9.30am and following this there will be an ‘Open Door’ in school to share memories of the school. A Notice has been issued to decommission the phone box in Burnt Yates. It can be adopted by a community/charity group for only £1, but will need some money spending on it and money to upkeep it. Unfortunately the Council cannot do this but are wanting the views of the people in the Parish. Please could you send your views to our Clerk for the November meeting.
